We only process personal data to the extent necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries. This website uses no analytics or marketing tools, no tracking cookies and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser) is stored in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

4. Contact and enquiry forms

If you contact us via a form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, message, project details and any photos or plans you send) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Form data is sent to us by email and not stored in the website database. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. WhatsApp

If you use the WhatsApp link, you switch to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland), whose privacy policy applies; data may be transferred to the USA. Use is voluntary – you can always reach us by email or phone instead.

6. Instagram

We only link to our Instagram profile. Data is transferred only when you click the link.

This website does not set cookies for visitors. Technically necessary cookies are only used when logging in to the admin area.
