Process

Six steps.
One finished space.

At every stage you know what happens next and what it costs. We start where you are right now – during planning, during renovation or when the rooms are already finished.

Process

Your path to a finished space

  1. 1
    Room check
We come to your home or business and look at the rooms together with you. We listen: how do you live or work there, what bothers you day to day, what do you really want? We talk openly about your budget and tell you honestly what is realistic – even if that means advising against an idea. The visit usually takes 60–90 minutes. Within a few days you receive a written, binding quote listing everything included – no hidden items.
  2. 2
    Digital survey
In a follow-up appointment we capture every room with a laser scanner: walls, niches, windows, doors, radiators and connections – accurate to the millimetre, even when no wall in a period building is truly straight. The scan becomes a digital floor plan that forms the basis for every plan that follows, so there are no costly surprises later with the joiner or kitchen fitter.
  3. 3
    Room concept
You receive several layout options to choose from, plus a mood board with actual materials, colours and surfaces – not an abstract mood, but real samples and products. In a joint meeting we discuss the options, you choose a direction, and we refine it to fit your wishes.
  4. 4
    3D visualisation
Every room is visualised photorealistically – with the furniture, lighting, materials and light mood actually chosen. You see your home or venue before a single piece of furniture is ordered, and you can still change anything: colour, material, layout. We go through as many revision rounds as agreed in your quote, until everything truly fits – changes now cost a click, not a rebuild.
  5. 5
    Detailed planning
From the approved concept come the execution plans: kitchen, bathroom, built-ins, electrics and lighting, each with exact dimensions. Added to that is a complete material and shopping list with sources, item numbers and prices. Joiners, electricians and suppliers receive these plans directly and can work without questions – saving time and preventing mistakes on site.
  6. 6
    Delivery & furnishing
We order furniture, lighting and materials, coordinate delivery dates with joiners, fitters and tradespeople, and are on site when it matters. Shortly before handover we take care of the styling – decor, textiles, final details. At the end we hand you a space that looks exactly like the visualisation – ready to move in.

What does it cost?

Every project is different – so we do not offer one-size-fits-all packages. After the room check you receive a binding quote that states exactly what is included.

You can get a first, non-binding estimate beforehand with our cost estimate.

Join at any stage

You do not have to be at the very beginning. Many projects start when the rooms are finished and “only” the kitchen, bathroom, furniture and lighting are missing. We take care of everything that makes a space complete.
